Receipt of Your Reservation;


When we receive your reservation, our vehicle status is checked according to your reservation information and a positive or negative response is given to you on the same day.




Confirmation of Your Reservation;


When your reservation is confirmed, you will be informed by e-mail or phone. Therefore, please make sure that the contact information you have provided is correct and complete.




If you want to cancel your reservation;


You can cancel your reservations confirmed by our company at any time by calling +905050369595 or +905354104063.




Vehicle Delivery;


The vehicle is delivered to you according to the place and time information you have given while making a reservation. Therefore, please make sure that you enter the vehicle pick-up location, return location, pick-up time and return time information correctly. Providing your flight information correctly and completely will help us to organize your reservation information in cases such as delays and delays, since all flights are tracked by us.

During delivery, you will be asked for your Identity Card, Driver's License, Passport information.




How to Pay;


Payment is made according to the payment method you have selected above. Vehicle delivery cannot be made without payment. You can make the full payment in cash or by credit card at vehicle delivery. The invoice will be delivered to you when you return the vehicle, please inform us if the invoice will be issued on behalf of another person or organization before returning the vehicle.


Vehicle Breakdown or Accident;


Technical maintenance and periodic maintenance of all our vehicles are carried out by the service on time. When you encounter a technical problem with the vehicle, our Technical team, which provides 24/7 service, will help you. Uninterrupted service is offered to you with the contracted Service Network Services we work throughout Turkey.

In cases that require your vehicle to stay in the Maintenance Service for more than 12 hours due to such problems, you will be allocated another vehicle equivalent to the vehicle you are using.


In case of damage or accident, please do not take any action regarding the vehicle without informing us and without the instructions of our authorized personnel.
